1. Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by patpkr in connection with the operation of the Platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, casino gameplay, customer support interactions, and marketing communications. It applies to users based in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
