These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and patpkr ("patpkr", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at patpkr.app and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you conclusively indicate your acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and patpkr.
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of patpkr is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. patpkr reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend an account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by a person who is found to be under 18 will be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using patpkr. patpkr makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Pakistan and any province or territory in which you reside.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your patpkr account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) patpkr account only. Where patpkr identifies multiple accounts registered to the same person, all accounts except the oldest may be closed without notice, and any bonuses or winnings on duplicate accounts will be voided. If you already hold a patpkr account, you may not register again.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your patpkr login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. patpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify patpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your patpkr account, including all bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. patpkr does not bear liability for losses resulting from authorised or unauthorised use of your account credentials by a third party.
3.4 KYC Verification. patpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to provide identity documentation, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport, before processing withdrawals or at any time patpkr deems necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and/or forfeiture of balances.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. patpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. All balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). patpkr does not impose foreign exchange conversion charges on PKR transactions.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the patpkr Cashier section. These minimums may be updated from time to time without notice.
4.3 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. patpkr prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued in another person's name, or any payment source you are not legally authorised to use. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and/or return of funds to the payment source.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Typical processing times are displayed in the Cashier. patpkr reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
4.5 No Credit. patpkr does not extend credit to any user. You may only bet with funds that have been successfully deposited into your patpkr account balance.
5.1 Game Rules. Each sport, betting market, casino game, and crash game on patpkr is governed by specific rules available within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by patpkr. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification. patpkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits.
5.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or system malfunction, patpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to account balances. patpkr will not honour winnings that result from a technical error, misquotation of odds, or software fault.
5.4 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds. patpkr offers both fixed-odds sports betting and certain pari-mutuel-style products. The nature of each product is clearly indicated within the platform. In fixed-odds betting, your odds are locked at time of bet placement.
5.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting is subject to minimum delay and may be suspended at any time at patpkr's discretion. Bets placed on live markets after an event outcome has been determined but before the market is suspended may be voided by patpkr.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by patpkr are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified in the relevant promotion) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential account termination.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. patpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect players who have already opted into the promotion and met its qualifying conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any patpkr content without express prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, patpkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
9.2 patpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond patpkr's control may temporarily restrict access.
9.3 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, patpkr's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your patpkr account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 patpkr strongly encourages all users to gamble responsibly. Gambling involves financial risk and is not a guaranteed source of income. patpkr accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
10.1 By patpkr. patpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraud or illegal activity has occurred, or that the account poses a financial or reputational risk to the Platform. Where closure results from breach by the user, outstanding balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
10.2 By the User. You may close your patpkr account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed as described in the Responsible Gaming section below.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9 and 13 — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to patpkr's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits patpkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of patpkr is lawful in your own jurisdiction. patpkr makes no representation that the services offered are available or lawful in Pakistan or any specific province, city, or locality. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and elsewhere in Pakistan must independently satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.
